    Stain on my FF tail

Once again the search function has failed me. I have a couple black/purple stains on my orange Fin Fun. No clue how they got there. It was used a couple weeks ago at an indoor pool, and when I got it out yesterday for a swim I saw these spots. Not a clue what caused it, aside from maybe I set it down on a nasty spot without knowing either at home or the pool. What can I do to remove this stain? I can post a pic later if needed.

A pic or two would give us a better idea on how to wash it properly.

I gave it a little handwash with some 7th Generation soap and it came out somewhat. I don't think I did a good enough job.

No. Its like it got set down in some dye or something. Very small spot, maybe less than an inch. I am thinking it was set somewhere on the sink or floor where my sister dyed her hair a while back and picked up old dye spots on those areas. It's the same black color.

If its hair dye, you have to wait for it to fade as there is no other way to remove without ruining the tail.

Another idea you could use, is to sew/glue on a starfish or some kind decoration over the spot.
