The first MerNetwork Challenge will be posted next weekend

I've had this idea for a while that I never really got off the ground on the old site, but I want to try again. It's basically a game that we can all play even though we're spread all over the world. The rules are that we announce some sort of theme or topic, and members are invited to make a video, a photo, or a piece of art based on it (kinda like Iron Chef, minus the food). People can vote on their favorite, and the winning entry will be posted on the front page of MerNetwork for two weeks. What do you guys think? Anyone interested?

Can it sometimes be like Iron Chef but WITH the food?

Yes, yes it can. Technically if you want to make food based on the theme, not sure how you'd do it but you're allowed to. I guess you'd submit a picture of what you made, or a recipe or something. You can really submit anything as long as it works with the theme.

Will the challenge only be applicable to those with tails?

No. Tails are strongly encouraged, but not required. This is inclusive to all members.

The challenge will be posted tonight. The challenge will close in two weeks, although its possible that the deadline may be pushed back if a lot of people need more time. This whole thing is definitely a bit of an experiment right now.
