I'm looking for a cheapo toddler tail for my niece! I know Fin Fun and Suntail make them. I really don't want to pay $30 for one. Finfun does have a sale right now at least. Can anyone recommend a toddler tail like the two sites mentioned, or should I just stick with them?

How bout those cheapo ebay ones? Or an Ariel/mermaid costume, that you trim off some of the chiffon to make it swimmable?
Or make your own? I've made my 8 yr old niece a play tail with scrap spandex. Its more like a tail skirt with a flared fluke.
