    Fabric tail silicone fluke

I'm making a scuba fabric tail with a silicone fluke and have no idea how to attach the two. Any ideas?

GE silicone 1 is very much like sil-poxy. Main difference: Sil-poxy is stiffer, Durometer 40A. GE silicone 1 is 30A. (A typical silicone tail skin is 10A, a Mahina is 70A).

So, another option is GE silicone 1.
