Best under $100 bifins

Been awhile aye?

So anyhoo, the pool across the road does not allow monofins, though they do allow flippers/bifins. Looking for something that has the propulsion of a Finis Foil or better monofin. I know you can't get exactly the speed of a monofin. I want something that's close to it and under $100. Materials does not matter.
