It is not German. If I would have to guess, I would say it is Dutch.
I am German, and I am pretty sure this is a product of the Netherlands and I agree they are speaking Dutch.
I tried to find info on the actress but I can't find anything unfortunately

Almost right, it's not Dutch either but Flemisch (what we speak here in a part of Belgium)
