Shello! I am in search of the Finfolk Shipreck (new fabric) tail in a size small and in "very good" to "like new" condition! My budget is $350 (I would be willing to pay a few extra dollars for shipping--I live in the US). If you are asking more, I'd be willing to set up a payment plan with you as well. Monofin does not need to be included. If you have the vinyl and are willing to part with it, that'd be excellent, but if not, I can always buy some and cut it to size myself!
