    Seriously, what exactly do you eat to build muscle everyday

    I'm a hardgainer and can not figure out a way to stick to a muscle building diet. I've read leangains but the recommended diet with this amount of protein to eat just feels too much.
    What are you eating (everyday) to build muscle and what would you recommend?

    Hello. I trained actively for about 2 years and did not see any significant results. The problem was that I ate little and not what I needed. The basis of your diet should be various cereals, such as rice and buckwheat, as well as meat with a high protein content, chicken, turkey or red fish are an excellent option. Also, don't forget to use sports supplements such as Skull Labs Angel Dust DMAA which can greatly increase the effectiveness of your workouts and thus you will see the results of your efforts much faster.
