The issue at hand is that I think many people want to know what is going on. Not responding to customer requests is just not good business. If they would say that at the time of the order (ie: collection of funds) then that would be fine. All I was wanting was an answer to a question and they couldn't do that. So what shall I expect when I do receive my order. Price has nothing to do with exemplary service!

Raina I think you could be correct on that note, from what I was told by a person that I know that knows them personaly and she was telling me that they have been swamped with orders. An for them to get a tail done with a monofin is a great price on a budget. An there quality of there tail is quit well. I love my tail from them And most likely order another tail from them for my daughter.
