    Aaaaaaaaand -- IT CAME TODAY! As soon as I got it home, I tried it on ... I have a new appreciation for putting on a tail ..... that was tough!

    Well guys, after the first swim, I did have some issues with the paint, and some drag with the fluke. I sent it back to Stevi for some repair, and we are actually changing the fluke shape just slightly. She is also going to try coating the tail with clear latex after painting to see if it helps the paint stay. The vinyl will NOT stay painted with a paint she currently uses, so I may try to experiment with some vinyl paint later on.

    I will, however, give you a teaser pic of my first swim!

    I really love the black and white. I love color, but for some reason, I am a very monochrome type of mer -- black, white, silver, and cool colors like greens, blues, and purples.
