The other mermaid is my little sister, mermaid Ama! We're still trying to get her a realistic tail this one didn't work because we didnt have a monofin for it and the swim fins were waaaay too small

That's pretty much what happened when I shot Titania! Had a little girl come through the willows, take one look at Titania, and began shouting "MOMMY! MOMMY! LOOK! IT'S A REAL MERMAID! IT'S A REAL MERMAID! I DON'T BELIEVE IT! IT'S A REAL MERMAID!" And the little girl was even wearing a Little Mermaid sweatshirt. Too bad she was too shy, as we offered to let her get a picture with Titania. Made Titania's day!

I had a photo shoot this morning in honor of completing my first ever silicone tail I'm so beyond excited I can't stand it. Going swimming Thursday! Damn Colorado's lack of mermaid friendly swimming holes haha

So much amazing stuff going on in this thread! And just FYI for anyone wondering- MerNetwork rules do allow topless pics as long as they're not obviously sexual or distasteful.


And now I actually have things to post on this thread YAY!!

First one is an amature shoot that was done at Ocean Beach in San Diego on the rocks, right before I moved. HERE is a link to the Facebook album for the all of the pictures.

The last one was caught right as one of the many waves was crashing down on me. This was my first beach shoot (no idea why it took me nearly over 4 years haha) and I had an absolute blast doing it!

The next bit that I am just SO super excited about, is film and photos taken by Derek of Action by Derek Photography. If you guys have a spare moment, you should check out his website (actionbyderek.com)- he has some really amazing stuff! So we shot some video in Lake Crescent in WA, and then we shot in-pool! I just have a few pics that I've gotten back from him (the shoot was yesterday, so very understandable), but I LOVE them and I really wanted to share!
