I think maybe bringing up that the Better Business Bureau will take action if she doesn't comply will make her think I've already discussed it with them and they agree and it will scare her into giving it up. Hoping that will work that way. We are taking action now. Hope it works. Its stealing if you take money and don't deliver the product.

I agree with everyone on doing it ASAP, thus why I said do it now instead of waiting until halloween. Like I said, you have no proof she's even working on it, and if you've got nothing by now I doubt you'll get anything in 1 week. I also agree with everyone about paypal's time frame, and that it might be too late. Lastly, I highly HIGHLY agree with the negative review of this person - don't just do it in one place. Find all the review places you can and leave a negative mark on her so that no matter where anyone searches for this seamstress' reviews, they will find something that speaks of their scams. They do sound really really fishy to me.

I don't think she'll fork over the money very easily, but I am glad that BBB will work with you on it. Hopefully they'll work something out with you even if this Amethyst Angel person doesn't react and refund.
