    How much would that even cost?

    It's a bunch of BS - take a bunch of people's money for tails, don't delivery, stop communicating and then "run away" to Ireland?! That mermaid needs a wake up call. That's stealing.

    Maybe she blocked you? Try googling her facebook page between quotes. (ex: " Draggersprez") and see if a facebook page comes up?

    I don't know exactly how much it would cost. First I'm asking to see how many others would be interested. Then I'd contact a lawyer and figure out the cost. I've been told to give up because the cost would be more than the tail was worth so I figured if a group pooled resources maybe something could be done. But I've also read that she just ignores legal letters and moves and is now moving to Ireland? She's got a new facebook too...what to do? Has anyone heard from her since she shut everything down? Anyone gotten a tail or refund?

    I've tried emailing her on facebook and regular emails. Nothing.
    I would def be interested in doing a class action lawsuit. If we file before she moves to Ireland - she won't be able to move to Ireland.
