Hi everybody! I got my monster clay in the mail today! Do you know what that means? It means I am officially making my tail! Here is my current design.
I also want pectoral fins like in this one, but I forgot to add them.
I think I am leaning towards purple, but it is likely to change a few times before i actually start working with pigment.
Okay so step one: Begin the sculpt. since my scales will be quicker, I am starting with the fluke. HOWEVER. I tried to make a full-scale pattern for the fluke and i realized that i have NO idea how big it should be! I thought i would go ahead and ask everyone the dimensions of their flukes. Mostly I am curious as to how wide they are. Any help would be appreciated!
