MermaidCeleste what day were you thinking? I got scheduled to work on the 20th, but I am off the following two days. I also don't have a tail yet. My tops are done, but I told Raven to hold on to them because she is going to be making me a tail and I want to receive it as a set. However, I am still up for a swim/meet up.

Fyi. There is already a Florida merfolk group. Lucy made it a while back
SO jenny springs camp grounds are open, they seem to be ok from what I can tell. Any mers up for that location?

I might be able to depending on the date. That spot's pretty close to me (relatively speaking). I still have to see how much it's going to cost to fix my truck before I commit to anything like that though. (again...very sorry to have to bail on the manatee meet).

Just to clarify, Kaguria, are you talking about Ginnie Springs (you wrote Jenny). I'm not sure I'd be able to come but the possibility is there
Ginnie is close to me. They are privately owned, and the guy who owns the springs charges more than the usual springs do to swim, something like $8 from what I've heard. I have never been there.
I thought the poll was in favor of Blue Springs?
There was a lot of confusion of which blue springs then we'd agreed to manatee springs but the camp sites washed out. I'm just trying to do something with my time off

Alexander Springs is really nice...we've had meetups there before. There are quite a few others in the Ocala Nat'l Forest area, but that one has a deep boil and lots of open space to swim. Like everywhere else it would be crowded on a weekend, but it's another suggestion.
Maybe on a monday make it a one day meet?
