One day you have weeks time and finish this tail in no time for sure!

I have the same progressproblem, first I need to find two new 6mm thick plastic sheets, and help and tiefrom my dad.
And I have an examweek with hard tests, so barely time.

But some day we both have perfect finished tails!

So i got a reply from the zipper manufacturers who told me that all i need is a zipper you can buy in any store.
So just a basic zipper, as long as i rinse it after every swim.
Does anyone have experience with regular zippers?
He called them 6 to 8 mm spiral zippers.

trust me you want a zipper that is STRONG and plastic. or it will break. you want the same zippers used in wetsuits and scuba gear. a generic zipper cannot withstand the work and pressure we as mermaids put on them.

Water polo suits have zippers! They still break though after a while. But you might be able to use a zipper off of an old waterpolo suit if you have any friends who used to play
