So I know everyone wants to move away from drama and I promise I will totally stop after this one post but I have to say one thing because of my education on the topic and personal experience with years on the forum....

When you say you aren't intimidating her, you contradict that by making statements like this. A statement like this suggests you're capable of bringing legal action against her for anything she's said here, or anything she will say. And you can't. I know you can't. Because I've researched the hell out of this including looking up every slander/libel law and getting quotes from Canadian and American lawyers. To even suggest legal action when you can take none, is called legally bullying. It's a form of intimidation, which is illegal. Mertailor used to try and pull this one all the time. You can't really do anything about what she's posted. Just like she can't legally do anything about her tail (unless she has proof of a warranty). And there's really no need to even state that lawyers are involved publicly. I tend to believe there isn't, because a lawyer would advise you AGAINST posting something like that on the forum cuz now we can prove you said it and it's a suggestion of legal bullying.
We don't tolerate that kind of stuff on mernetwork. By all means if you actually feel like getting lawyers involved, it's your money. But I find most people straight up lie about that unless they happen to have a lawyer on retainer as a way to intimidate, and even then. Mertailor had his lawyers go over everything on mernetwork and said he couldn't even do as much as a cease and desist. (by eric's own admission). So her posting photos, you've really got nothing to stand on.
In the future, you're more than welcome to share your side of things, proof, make statements on behalf of your company or whatever. But don't pull out that legal card publicly unless you're willing and capable of facing the consequences. Just accepting responsability and move on. The community moves on when people do that. When you keep fighting, making legal threats, or trying to do stuff without backing it up... well that's when people won't let things go and the drama cycle goes on and on. When people go "whoops, our bad, we'll learn from that and see if we can figure things out." the community moves on.
And now... back to our regularly scheduled posting.
