Filipina mermaid

I'm guessing I'm the first one to ever post about Dysebel, a popular mermaid character in the Philippines. Aside from Madison from the movie "Splash," I grew up with addiction to this mermaid character.

The story of Dyesebel has been adapted into five films and a spin-off, throughout the timeline from 1953 to 2014. The 2014 adaptation was a television series which was broadcast on ABS-CBN and worldwide in The Filipino Channel from March 17, 2014 to July 18, 2014, starring Anne Curtis. An upcoming film version will be released on the fourth quarter of 2014 which will star the same actress.
