Well crap. My lease doesn't start till the 11th so I'll be driving from Pleasanton, which means I won't have a place for people to stay, and will most likely be day-tripping it both days sorry guys

I have a room available. Not sure how many it will sleep. It was made for 2adults & 2kids but I'm unsure what the beds will be as it is what we in the hotel industry call a "flow through" room which means it is whatever the hotel has available that fits your needs. It should at least have a single king bed and a sofa sleeper because it is a Candlewood Suites. The room is $45 a night with taxes. Nights available are June 5th to 7th departing the morning of June 8th. I will keep the reservation until June 1st then I'm cancelling it if no one wants it.

Nope. I'm driving all the way down from DFW. It can't fall apart. Even if there's just a handful of mermaids there we will have a good time.

should we have a quick chime-in of everybody who is coming and what their room plans are. maybe we should have a quick bio of everybody and we can see if we should share that room, if it would make it easier to hang out and plan stuff or if everybody does their own room-thing and we just arrange hang outs at the beach or wherever, whether its through a group text or what. I think we need to just pull it all together now and figure out what we're doing!

as of right now me my husband and my seven and 10-year-old are planning to come down Friday night and camp on the beach, and I'm just kind of waiting for people to tell me when and where to show up to do the mermaid hang out thing!

if it's a small group and they don't mind my kids but I would be up for sharing a room we can sleep on the floor we are not picky.

I'll be leaving Friday morning...soon as I get off work at 6am.

I'll have my mom and my cousin's 3 kids (twin 9yr old girls & a 5yr old boy) with me pretty much everywhere we go unless they drop me off or I catch a did with another mer.

I have an extra room if someone wants it...details in a previous post.

The room is an extra. I booked 2 rooms but my brother isn't gonna make it on the trip with his wife & son. So if you wanted it, you'd have it to yourself.
