    I'm fairly sure she only does tail design drawings for customers, but you also could mean "does she charge extra for a design on a tail" and that would be a no. And you ALSO could mean "does she charge extra to help you design your tail" and the answer is also no to that one.

    looks amazing.

    Looks like she's trying new stream lined designs to help the tails/fluke drain better which is pretty cool too! It's really something to see how she has evolved over the 3 years she's been doing this.
