Raina, those are truly gorgeous pictures! I love that even though Sean is pretty shy, he still consents to being in a few pictures. My bf is so not shy, but he absolutely hates having his photo taken. I have one picture of us from almost 10 years ago. :/ Come on, dude!

I was just in a diving camp and I had my tail with me, there happened to be this one very good underwater photographer and we decided to try to take few pics, even though the water was freezing! Before the photoshoot I honestly didn't think I could make it but after all I think I was in the water 10-15 minutes, and water was 11 degrees! Brrrrhhh!
I could only dive very short dives cause it started to heart on my head when I was underwater more than a few seconds, but thanks to photographer the results are just awesome!

It's actually so funny that when I tried to go normally swimming from sauna it felt impossible, like I dipped my foot in the water, squeeked and ran back to sauna while all the other ladies laughed their ass off After a while I did swam, but just very quickly and the water just took my breath away, literally..
It's the tail, you all know what I'm talking about It's like magic when you put your tail on, it just makes you emotionally so strong that you can really do amazing things while wearing it

This is a few months old but, me with my BFF Lisa Dawn Rogolsky, who has been a wonderful, healing influence in my life. She's truly my sister from another mister, she has genuinely changed me for the better. We have so much in common(even though she occasionally eats seafood and doesn't care much for Jem and the Holograms ), we're both openly asexual, we both love mermaids and fantasy and fairy tales in general, we both can't swim, our favorite color is both purple, our rooms are both full of dolls and plushies, and we're both Disney and magical girl anime fangirls.

Lisa is very skilled with Photoshop, none of this backdrops are real, she actually has a degree in computer animation and is a former rotoscope artist for a CGI studio in Hollywood. She's actually wearing mermaid tail leggings, but she shopped them to look more like a regular tail, how cool is that? I think she cleaned up my fluke a little too, made it a little more realistic or at least more even or something

Doesn't it look good on her? It's a miracle that it didn't totally "swim" on her considering she's 5'3 and just over 100 lbs

She actually doesn't own a tail of her own, unless you count the leggings, so it made me really appreciate mine more

What can I say? I will always and forever love her.
I did a "Queen" Ariel cosplay for a Animazement this past May, here's some (bottom two) of the photos taken by one of my good friends, Paul Mrstik.
Expect to see him next NC Merfest, now that he knows the community exists he is super excited to photograph more mermaids.
