Crafty Mermaids

I have been trying a new craft of Needle felting. It's where you take wool fibers and felt them together using a barbed needle into shapes. I'm loving it!
This is my first attempt.

My latest project is making one of my dog, Kip. He's still a WIP but I'm happy with how he is turning out.

I'm considering making needle felted mermaids, which I could customize the tails to match other mer's tails. The color possibilities are endless.
Would any of you be interested in such a thing?

That looks so cute! My dad likes felting and used to do it a lot. he wants to get back into it so i am giving him all the felt i have left so he can get creative with that.
I hope you had better luck then my dad cause he used to hit his fingers with the needles at time hahaha.

Is your plan to start selling the mermaids in your Etsy shop?

A mermaid tail. No specific mermaid was used as a model I was just playing with colors.

It measures just over 4 1/2 " long.

Would anyone be interested in buying one of these made like your own tail?
It takes several hours to felt the wool from fibers so the prices would possibly start at $60.
