I don`t know why she keeps going on? It saddens me to know that many has been waiting so much time for their orders and look what is happening! I don`t want Fish Butts flying away with people`s dream tails and investments and breaking their hearts. Especially for those who has beem keeping eyes for months on her Facebook page for updates or hoping to see an email with a completion photo of their tail with a tracking number for delivery.

Ok guys... I've tried to be patient, give her the benefit of the doubt, but in two months it will have officially have been a year since I ordered my tail, and I know a lot of people have been waiting even longer. She has made multiple promises to me, and then not even bothered to apologize for breaking them. Something needs to officially be done about this. She can't keep taking money from people like this.
My dad had the idea of maybe getting the attention of news networks if possible. Lets get this out there guys. I'm getting really tired of being deceived and disappointed over and over again.

That sounds like a great idea! Then it can be all planned out and it won't just look like a bunch of random people complaining. I know I have saved my emails and messages. I can put that all together.

Honestly it's the only way to do it because some people who have never been customers pretend they have, and the media will want actual proof. So emails and paypal receipts sort of deal I think. Screen shots etc.

should be able to take her to small claims court. I have no idea why no one has looked into this. Or maybe they have, IDK. None of my business, really since I'm not a customer of hers- I just think it's shitty how she's treating people.

Like Raina said, it really needs to be done as a group and in an organized manner...make sure you (the fraud victims) are all on board and have all your ducks in a row re: paperwork, receipts, email transcripts, etc. That's the only way to get a judge to take ya'll seriously, imagine trying to prove your case with "Your Honor, I paid this girl I met on facebook/mermaid forum/whatever lots of my hard-earned cash to make me a fish tail so I can be a mermaid in real life and now I have no money and no tail and I just want to swiiiiiiiimmmmm!" Which is what I would be screaming. Good luck ladies and keep us informed!

I have a family member who took money for work and then never performed the work. He was arrested and received jail time. It's called larceny by conversion.

I think we should all join together, with a list of names, and let her know if we don't receive refunds by an agreed upon date, we are going to press charges. We will give her time to get a loan, sell everything she owns, or whatever it is she needs to do. When the time is up, we either have refunds or we go to the police.

You guys really need to get the media involved, or even the police. FishButts shouldn't even be a company that people are allowed to order from until she gets refunds/tails out to the customers that are still waiting...definitely don't continue to wait...do something about it. Turn up the heat on her because that is completely unacceptable!! So sorry to you all who are being screwed!

I think that some mers with youtube profiles with even a little subscribers/fans should maybe make a video about fishbutts, warning people about them and about the things that they've done/ haven't done.
