I'm considering getting some custom iron-on patches made for a project and have a few questions. What are the best materials for durability and a smooth finish? I’ve seen options like twill and felt, but I'm unsure which holds up better after washing click here.

Additionally, what size do you recommend for a standard logo? Lastly, do you have any suggestions for reliable vendors or tips for ensuring the design comes out as expected? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
