Specifically, I’m curious about the protections under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and how they apply to employees who may need accommodations due to a physical or mental health condition.

Are there any limitations to what an employer is required to provide in terms of reasonable accommodations, and how does the process for requesting accommodations work?
