My lazy day workout goes like this:
200 yard under/over. Underwater swim down, freestyle back.
400 yard easy freestyle to warm up.
10 x 100yd descending interval free I usually start at 1:30 min intervals when I'm being lazy and drop five seconds from the rest every 2 to hit 1:10ish.
8 x 75yd swim a kick a length, drill a length, swim a length of whatever stroke you feel like on the 1:15.
5x200 negative split on whatever interval you like as long as you get faster each 50.
Cool down with an easy 500.
