Somewhat Comprehensive Guide To Mermaid Media

This is a guide copy/pasted from my Facebook listing and giving my personal rating on a scale of 1 to 5 stars of all the mermaid-related books, movies, and TV series I've seen. Please keep in mind that the ratings are VERY subjective, as they're based on my personal opinions, so many of you may not agree with my ratings and that's totally fine. The fact that I'm very biased toward vegetarian merfolk who can speak to/are friends with sea creatures, and kid-friendly, non-sexual media has definitely influenced my ratings.
