For those who are looking for something not so cleave-tastic, have you considered a halter-style top? You could probably modify a supporting bra under it, but you wouldn't have the scooping water/busting out all over problem. A lot of these are crocheted, so you could go with a fishnet look while keeping the girls under control.
I love this idea!! I have the reverse problem you all do...I couldn't breast feed my babies,so my boobs went from a perky 34 B to a DD. They went back to B,but VERY SAGGY with lots of stretch marks. I have to find a clever way to hide my icky problem
