Like some piece of inventory which you took along, which might be emanating toxic fumes or somesuch.
We had a carpet at one point which didn't even smell too bad, but it made all of us ill.
Same can go for furniture (treated with chemicals).

If you've checked everything already; have you and your sister had any tick/insect bites?
or maybe swum in the same natural body of water?
I was thinking perhaps a tick bite as well. Doctors usually don't test for lyme's disease or think about it. Not saying that it is, but here are the symptoms, one of which is extreme fatigue:
  • Flu-like illness
  • Fever
  • History of Tick Bite (Not all patients recall a bite)
  • Headache
  • Extreme Fatigue
  • EM Rash, Other Rashes (Only found in 50% of patients)
  • Malar Flush, Red Ear Lobes
  • TMJ/TMJD Jaw Pain (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction)
  • Neck & Back Pain
  • Joint Pain & Swelling, Bone Pain
  • For the full list of symptoms visit the Lyme Disease Association’s Signs and Symptoms List.
I wish for a quick diagnosis for you and your sister and I hope you both will be able to return back to normal heath!
