Better Body Goals-Accountability Thread
While we have many individuals here who are larger and love themselves the way they are, which is great. I know there are some of us who would like better bodies. I've been working my way down from being not just fat, but obese since high school. According to my BMI I was obese, I was also in great cardio shape, but that's not how I wanted to look and that's not who I wanted to be. So I changed my workout routines, and have lost 75 pounds. I was 245 and am now 170. I still have a lot of way to go though. So for anyone else who has specific goals about fitness in mind this thread is for us. Post where you are now, where you want to be, and how you are going to do it. This is not a thread for discussing why it's okay to be the way you are, I get it. I really do, but I think I can be better and I'm not going to strive for what I WANT to be.
My goal is to lose another 10-15 pounds/tone up. I want a better chest, I've been doing push-ups daily. Each day I add another 20 to my total for the day. I'm at 180, I need to lose some weight to have a better stomach and really have my abs show, so I'm running 4 times a week.
What are your goals?
