I've seen flippers at Kmart. They're cheapo ones, cost around $20. They might work.

Honestly, if your budget is $30 I'd just try and save another $20 and get a Finis Foil. I mean, for $50 you'll get a brand new monofin that you can order to your size, and if there's any issues with it, you'll have a warranty that covers it (it'd suck to get a used monofin with no warranty and then have the straps break or something... $30 down the drain and what not).

If you get it from the Finis website, you can use the code mermaid20 to get 20% off (which will make it $47.99 +S&H).

I also think right now Wayfair on eBay is selling brand-new Wave monofins (which are usually more expensive than a Foil) for about the same price ($50 and free shipping).... Might be something to look into.
