Everybody seems to be able to hit 2mins, cool! I just starter "training" for AIDA 2, we are having a course here in May and I so desperately want to nail it and get the darn card!! I started jogging and doing breathing exercises. Before starting dry best 37sec lolnow 1.02min. Still have to get to 2min because it's one of the requirements to pass the course. Any tips from you who have done similiar courses?
Hopefully I get a "mentor" after getting accepted to local diving sports club
