I have made this tail before in the virtual world of secondlife I was a virtual mermaid before I finally jumped in here and I have a few fish I love and this is one of them the model was sketched then sent to my email from my phone then I built the tail using pictures of the 3D version I made.

Here is another fish I love from the open ocean rather then the kelp forest.
It's based on a fish known as a "Fisherman's Dream" and is called a Tarpon!

Here is one fish that I'd like to try as tail. But I don't know how to make it into a mermaid tail, esp with fabrics, that'll be alot of sewing!

Well I've done two designs so far and more are coming! I made an album that has a better view of the back and belly and also a side view, but here's the two pictures with all 3 views on it:

Here is one of mine own designs that I made with Neptune's Daughter games on Doll divine. I do not have the best drawing skills so I turned to the game which was a lot of fun!!

The design might change but the colors I want to work with are teal, orange, hot pink and sliver.
