I didn't like the guy when he started with the homosexual bans and crap, didn't like when sochi arranged to have the orcas captured for entertainement, and with every passing second he's just the kind of guy I come to hate more and more..

The moment I saw that it was a link to the Washington Times I was skeptical that this would be terrible journalism. Essentially This is just a combination of the news that Russia has seized control of Ukraine's navy, which has already been reported, and the news that the Ukrainian navy has military dolphins, which is not new or relevent. This was just an opportunity to write a funny headline, and because they had a photo of Putin with some dolphins they really couldn't resist.
The Washington Times is a complete joke. As for the dolphins, I'm ambivalent about it cause I'm not sure how humanely they're treated. I would probably lean toward being opposed, cause even if the dolphins are treated well and taken care of, they're just so intelligent that forcing them to do any task is probably not alright.
One day the dolphins will have their revenge. Just like the shark in that movie...
