    Making my Mermaid tail

So it's Easter break and I thought I would make a start on my H20 inspired mermaid tail. I decided to use Mermiah's plastic bag scale technique to save on money. I started painting my fluke tonight haven't decided whether or not to put another coat on the front or not. The base is a thick spandex and I'm using my cut down finis wave.
I am also going to be adding a layer of clear silicone caulking on top to give a more realistic look. I'm also going to be adding an acrylic varnish over the plastic scales to make them into one solid piece.
