Cool funny/silly origins for your mermaid name?

Does anyone have any amusing, silly, etc origins for their mermaid name? I took mine from Mystery from Spongebob (from the ep My Pretty Seahorse). When my name is changed here on Mernetwork I will be Seahorse Mystery (without telling the whole complicated story, my mersona is a hippocampus who was turned into a mermaid. Instead of Mermaid [name], it's Seahorse!). It started when I was searching for oceanic names, ran across a yahoo answers post suggesting name their seahorse Mystery from Spongebob, and I thought, BRILLIANT!!!!! Although I have seen the ep a billion times, I watched it again. As weird as it may sound, I do kinda see some of my traits in Mystery, but mostly it's cuz her name stuck instantly.

Someone on here warned me via pm that my name was also a Spongebob character (which was hilarious and considerate). I changed my avatar to Mystery so everymer knows...yes, she's inspired me. (That sounds kinda embaressing.)

    Anyone else wanna share?

Mine was something that happened when I worked at a preschool. I was wearing green, and my tank to was a yellow green color. One of the three year olds came up to me and said "Miss Anna, your shirt is the color of pickles!" My coworker (who is like an older sister) heard that and decided to call me Pickles. Then she remembered that I was a mer, and said I was Mermaid Pickles.

I have been trying to think of a good mermaid name for a week now. Everything I liked was already taken. I started to look at fish names to see if I could get any inspiration there and then I remembered Guppy. I can be a bit of a guppy LOL, so it kinda stuck. I think it will probably be a mermaid nickname though. I was thinking "Ceri"(Said Seer-E) for my mermaid real name. It was my main persona in an online game I played....Well, Either Ceri, or Mira, or Navaria, Navaria sounds the most...watery? LOL...or maybe I should just got with Puppet....or Poppet...I can be "The Pirates HenchWench." LOL....See I am so indecisive it's terrible! If I ever get enough money to pay for a tail, I feel really bad for the tail maker I pick LOL.

It took me a few days of struggling too. Maybe your name is waiting in an unexpected spot, just waiting to click with you like Mystery did for me.
