www.sewing.net (The Sewing Studio) - I don't know if the website lists them, so you may have to call to order, but they do sell a very VERY wide variety of crystals and hot fix crystals (dozens of shades, sizes, etc...). They are very friendly too, and are always willing to help. Most crystals are sold by the gross (144 per baggie), so calculate based on that. Good luck!
Also, it may be a pain to do one by one, but using E-6000 glue works very well on all fabrics to attach crystals.
Try Ebay, that's where I get my fix fix iron ons. They come in a variety of shapes.
