Black shell sequins

After going looking through Cartwright sequins their black wasn't as...well black, they were more of a opalescent with a blue/green sheen. They're pretty but not what I was looking for.

...So after a bit of searching I found some which have a few coloured specks in it but are mostly black!!! YAYY!!!

with and without flash..though not much different


Also bought some red ones from the same place and they look pretty good too .


even though the shipping was almost as much as the actual items, there is about 12,000 sequins in each colour, so enough for a while but got to finish other projects before starting this one :P

I think I might skip the tail for now, as I have my neoprene one waiting to be finished. But I'll try my hand at a few other little things before taking on that challenge, there will be enough sequins as you can't order small amounts from that site.
