I’ve been mermaiding for almost 3 years but finally started digging around more online. I literally know no one who even owns a tail or a mono fin. Maybe I’ll pop up more online because not knowing hardly anyone else who does isn’t as fun. So hey friends.

Texas has a large mer population. You'll find people quick. I'm in dfw

Oh yeah, there are definitely a lot of us it seems! I'm currently in the Galveston area, but may end up relocating closer to Houston soon.

I’ve never met anyone who is incredibly into the mermaid culture necessarily but I do have a friend who does at least own a tail. Most people I’ve met (I live in Houston) have never even heard of mermaiding being a hobby. Or seen just the tails.
