First of all... HOLY FREAKING WOW THAT IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!! I can't wait to see photos of it being worn!!! Also one of my favorite Pokemon (I always had water-based decks, go figure).

Also... as for the paint on the inside coming off with moisture... Try heat-sealing it. We used it for a pirate flag and just ran the whole thing through the dryer for a few minutes after each coat was dry. Stood up just fine through the rain at a festival :3

You could probably hit the gauntlets with a hair dryer, or a heat gun at low temp to seal that paint and keep it from running!
