Was at the Renfest today and saw Mermaid Lyrique in a finfolk production.

My poor friends.... I'm standing behind them talking in hushed tones about which tails were what trying not to be heard by the children in the groups a ways behind us. Except when discussing the parts and anatomy of a tail. Kind of like explaining fingers and toes was the tone I was taking.

I met up with Abby and Bryn the other day to get measured for my tail and if I remember correctly, its a tail that will be going to Hollywood.

Nope, my tail won't be started until much much later. Finfolk is a little behind on orders because of their move, which I wasn't going to mention but you all seem to have caught on. Once they catch up on orders after they complete the move, then they'll get started on the batch of tails that mine is in. So not for quite some time. I just got fit the other day because I was down in the area for the Renaissance festival and wanted them to personally measure me before they left.

I always doubt that I want a blue tail, but then I see pics like yours and I just know that I have to go the blue/ turquoise/ teal route. I just love how they look in the water <3
