    Melaina, I'm so happy for you!! Your tail is going to be incredible! Pearlie is an amazing artist and I can tell you from experience that these pictures do NOT do her scales justice. They are absolutely incredible in person and a million times more beautiful! I'm so in love with Pearlie scales����

    They are iridescent flakes...I may have to add an interfacing to make them stable. Embedded chunky glitter has proven to cut itself out of some scales, but work really well on not flexible places...I have some in my fluke!

    I won't know until I try to destroy them later.
