You know what, shimmygoddess, I'm headed to nc merfest (I assume you will be there because of your location but I don't know so if you are....)and if this hasn't sold by then I would love to try it on and if it fits I would love to buy it. I understand it will probably sell before that but I thought I would throw that out there. It's stunning and if it would fit me I would absolutely buy it.

the shells are bigger than the actual bra cup. IMO I think someone bigger than a C might be able to wear it.

I feel like there should be a fashion icon quote thing here along the lines of one I heard in Bride Wars ("You do not alter a Vera to fit you, you alter yourself to fit Vera" but like "no one messes with a merbella tail." ..I don't know, weird thought and no sleep finishing commissions make me giddy lol

exactly right though!! the only thing that could be done easily is extend the back straps to accommodate a larger bra size...that is an easy fix by getting another set up hooks,e ct..then just adding some extra pearls. But the shells are decorated around the lace and one should not mess with perfection. LOL
