Fish Are Smarter Than Most People Think

As a lover of marine life, I always was irritated by the fact that so many people believe fish to be so unintelligent that they're essentially swimming vegetables(heck, some vegetarians "only eat fish" because they think fish are so much less intelligent than other edible animals such as cows, pigs, chickens, etc.), but it seems that nothing could be further from the truth. I believe it. There was a fish at my dentist's office that I swear was dancing to the music. He was following the rhythm by swimming up and down, fast and slow, and then turning around and repeating, until the song ended. Then a few minutes later, he would start up again.

I believe all creatures are intelligent in there own way, just because a fish doesn't have the right body type to do things humans can, doesn't mean they're unintelligent, they know about their enviroment and their way of life. People who think they're dumb annoy me too!! Fish are remarkable
