I dont think that was meant to be public Ariel, for the very reason they didnt want anyone's feelings being hurt ... it was pretty clear in the message it was for return customers and clients and not general public. yup and it was intended as a perk for returning customers. Something loads of businesses do. As soon as I got the email I figured someone would post it -_- nothing to do with what's available to the public. special thank you offerings for return clients for continued business.

Well even if now it's public other people don't know the exact content of the mail and I suppose that Raven will take the orders only from those who received the mail.
It's like a special party where only who is an affectionate customer has the invitation and can enter
I perfectly understand Raven and why she did it (she's always so kind and pays attention to other's feelings <3 ) and I get what you mean Raina but we can always try to see it from another point of view: Merbellas loves it's affectionate costumers and gives them something back.
So now all the people are more motivated to order again from Merbellas
I think it's ag gain after all, isn't it?![]()

That's pretty much what I said. Its a perk. I'm just disappointed it was posted publicly after the email asked us not to. They wanted to do something to thank client loyalty but didn't want any feelings hurt in the process hence email instead of a public post.
I'm a returning customer and I didn't get one, so maybe it was just for certain people or something like that![]()
