Clear silicone tail

I am working with a film who wants to have a mermaid tail with a clear fin at the end. What I am picturing: Clear silicone with the ribbing molded in, and perhaps a piece of plexiglass in between like that on the fin fun fins if needed. The feet part would still be covered by the point of the actual tail.
Do you guys know any vendors who make such a thing or an easy way for us to make one?

Just make sure you don't use plexiglass! That stuff breaks easily and can seriously harm you.

PearlieMae just made me a monofin which is going to be put in my Sirenalia tail that's being made right now! It'll have a clear/translucent fluke!

Mertailor refused to sell me an unpainted tail. Where can I contact pearl? I want some quotes for now, and then probably will order one no matter what. The clear tail is really friggin' pretty.

Just to clarify, PearlieMae made my monofin which is then being put into a tail made by Sirenalia. The tail itself will be blue but the fluke will be translucent. I'm sure PearlieMae would be willing to make a full clear tail though!
