Camera sugestions?

I'm looking for a camera that I can use to record and take photos underwater. I would like decent quality, but not professional grade. I wouldn't mind a simple point and shoot, but have no idea where to start. Any suggestions? I would rather not spend over 200$ on one. That may sound stingy, but considering I'm not looking super high end I didn't think that would be to much. I asked for help at Best Buy and they coudln't give me any pros or cons...just "It's waterproof-ish."

What do you shoot with?
