Yay! That rule about no pool toys I've been fretting over? I got a special exception for the use of my monofin! Too wet and rainy for the pool today, so I plan to celebrate at home with a home made bath bomb. The squeaky wheel really does get the grease! I'm so glad I didn't keep quiet and give up! And thank you so, so much to everyone who has been offering me advice and keeping my spirits up! You're all wonderful, beautiful people!

Video! Well, sort of. I have to offload the files to my big computer tomorrow, but I couldn't wait. So I used my phone to record some of the video from the back of the camera. This is the smaller fin that I stuck into an old fabric tail so you could see it. I have exciting video of the huge Ariel fin, but you couldn't see it in my jacked up phone video. So, here's a minute of super soft, flowy, polycarbonate fin!

Seriously, Pearlie! That monofin is so tempting. I'm thinking I may ask for that one instead of the competitor in mine, if you haven't already gotten one! Gosh, it's just so gorgeous, and still propels through the water really well. And it's BIG, and I really like big flukes. <3 <3 <3

I've been really discouraged with my waist training lately because I keep seeing people post corset selfies with these amazing curves and mine are always bleh. But today, I cinched up again after not doing so for a month or so because of the heat and I have to say, I am so freaking happy that I got this shape, I probably won't be able to achieve it again , but hey, one time is enough to make me keep going for my goal!
