I got the full moon once 
That wasn't bad either.
...And I just realised H2O/Mako has it wrong.
Due to precession (earth axis rotation), the positions of constellations and the moon always changes, so wouldn't the moon always be full in a different position and NOT directly over the moonpool?
So it'd only be there at one exact date, not every month.
(Think Stonehenge)
