Selling Blue Custom Neoprene and Silicone Tail

This tail was custom made for me, but not as I had expected. It is a hand painted neoprene with layers of clear silicone poured over. The fin is a plastic swim fin, with a silicone fin over it. It has a very convenient zipper in the back with a cool fin that makes it super easy to get on and off. It is made for a 60cm waist, I weigh about 115 or so, and I am 5'1". It feels a bit large around the waist though. I have only worn it for the photo, and not to actually use. The seller was one in France who has gone out of business since.
I paid $1100 for it originally. I am hoping to get $500 or BO.

sorry it took me so long:
Waist is 24"
Butt is: 37"
Knee is: 21"
Ankle is: 13"
Overall length: 36" to fin

The tail feels large on me though, so I would add 2 inches to all of these measurements.
